主要研究领域涉及智力与人格测评、青少年人格与社会性发展、青少年社会-情感能力的测评与培养等方面。具体包括三条研究主线：

（1）青少年学业成就的认知与非认知因素探索(智商vs.情商)

（2）人格与暗黑人格的测评

Ø  你想了解自己是什么样的人格吗？

Ø  你想更好地维持你们的塑料姐妹花和玻璃兄弟情，不让友谊的小船说翻就翻吗？

（3）青少年社会与情感能力的测评与培养
