目前我有三个主要的在研方向,全都是关注的“社会化过程”,什么是社会化过程呢,通俗地说就是不同的社会主体(比如老师、父母、同伴甚至AI)是怎么向儿童青少年传递特定的信息来完成特定主题下的态度、看法、观念和价值观塑造的。下面我用非科研和通俗易懂(也就是说人话的方式)简单介绍这三个聚焦不同社会化过程项目的研究主题。


1. 校园欺凌和受害儿童的父母社会化过程以及干预:

每隔一段时间与校园欺凌有关的事情就会上一次热搜,但其实在国内教育环境中,父母该怎么应对各种不同类型的校园欺凌(比如有时候孩子被打了,但有时候只是被骂了或者被起外号了,或者被同学们排挤了),目前其实没有很具体的实证研究的经验。在小红书或者知乎上你可能看到有些家长说要“打回去”或者“别理对方”或者“告老师”,但是事实上各种类型的应对策略对不同性格和特质的孩子,在面对不同类型的欺凌的时候,很可能会起到很不一样的效果(比如你让一个很胆小害羞又在班级里处于社交相对边缘地位的孩子打回去,有时候可能就不太现实)。如果孩子被欺凌了,家长具体应该和孩子怎么说(学术语言:社会化信息传递),自己又该怎么做(学术语言:应对策略和行为示范),能最好地帮助孩子渡过这类逆境情境?如果能把用研究这个问题阐释得清楚一些,我想是一件非常有意义的好事。


2. 从幼儿到青少年的道德社会化过程及其对儿童道德和社会性发展的影响:

我们的社会非常推崇道德圣人和完美道德标准,比如,当一个人做了好事时,往往只有此人完全不计个人得失且行为尤其高尚(完美道德者,例如见义勇为且不留名、一生奉献又家境清贫的科学家)时才能得到社会的普遍赞许。这样的道德评价倾向自然也普遍存在于儿童和青少年的德育和道德社会化过程当中。然后,这种道德完美主义的社会化方式,在不同的发展阶段和社会情境中,是否都能如社会所愿地促进儿童的道德和社会性发展呢?这恐怕是要打一个问号的。子贡赎人孔子不以为然,子路受牛孔子大加赞赏,道德社会化的过程或许比我们想象得更为复杂,有时候一味强调道德的完美主义甚至可能起到反效果。这也是一个非常有意思的话题,欢迎感兴趣的同学加入我们课题组进行深入的研究探讨。


3. 青少年和大学生与AI的情感联结与社会化过程:

随着最近几年LMM的突飞猛进,找AI算命、心理咨询、倾诉乃至与AI谈恋爱已经成为逐渐普遍且低龄化的社会现象。这个课题的目标是对这些社会现象和背后的心理机制进行探讨,想回答的问题也很简单:什么样的青少年和大学生会选择与AI建立深度的情感联结?这种联结是如何建立的?这种联结对个体的现实生活和社会性发展又会产生怎样的影响?
