On July 14th, the “Advanced Training Course on the Theory and Practice of Students' Learning Ability” was successfully launched in the Department of Educational Psychology. 66 teachers from primary and secondary schools of Weifang High-tech Zone received a five-day training, study and exchange in East China Normal University.

On the morning of the 14th, the opening ceremony was held in Room 109, Wenfu Building . Professor Xiangdong Yang, the dean of the Department of Educational Psychology, and Quanping Du, the Director of the Education Bureau of Weifang High-tech Zone made a speech and put forward requirements and expectations for the training.

From the 14th to the 18th, DEP invited relevant experts to give lectures focus on the educational reform of key competencies, case development of project-based learning, unit case design, classroom teaching, homework design, test evaluation and proposition, and stimulating students' motivation. The experts linked theories to the real situation, showing specific cases to the students, and conducted in-depth analysis. The atmosphere was lively and the students said they gained a lot.

On the afternoon of the 18th, the five-day training was successfully completed. Shuping Yang , the Director of Teaching and Research Office of Weifang High-tech Zone made an important speech. She pointed out that through this training program, the students have gained a lot and hope that they will turn the theory into practice and use it better in teaching.
