On the morning of April 19, the training program of the "Advanced Training Course on Core Competencies Theory and Practice for Beijing Zhongguancun High School" was successfully launched at the Department of Educational Psychology, Faculty of Education, East China Normal University (ECNU). A total of 44 backbone teachers from Beijing Zhongguancun High School participated in a three-day program of study, research and exchange at ECNU.

On the morning of April 19, all participants of the training course visited Shanghai Shibei High School to observe classroom teaching and conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions with teachers from the school.

From the afternoon of April 19 to the afternoon of April 21, the Department of Educational Psychology invited relevant experts to deliver wonderful lectures to the trainees on topics including reform concepts based on core competencies, unit case design, classroom teaching, and homework design. Combining theory with practice, the experts presented specific cases and conducted in-depth analyses, creating an active atmosphere on site, and all trainees said they had gained substantial insights.

On the afternoon of April 21, the three-day training program came to a successful close. Vice Principal Liu Qi of Beijing Zhongguancun High School delivered an important speech, noting that the training had yielded tremendous gains and provided rich practical content. Finally, on behalf of all trainees of the course, she expressed sincere gratitude to all the experts!
